On 9th May, 2023 Good Neighbors Tanzania conducted annual stakeholder’s workshop at Kigoma comprised of government officials from MoHA, LGA and Good Neighbors Tanzania staffs.
This annual workshop had a number of purpose including:
- To introduce Good Neighbors Tanzania’s Vision and Key intervention areas
- To introduce Plan of Action 2023 of Good Neighbors Tanzania’s in Kigoma Region
- To find more efficient collaboration among stakeholders to address the required refugee/host community services and its needs
With a guest of honor for this event was a refugee zonal officer (Kigoma Region) Hon. Nashon .J. Makundi
With this annual workshop Good Neighbors Tanzania successful achieved to;
- From the speech delivered by Good Neighbors Tanzania’s Country Director, clearly provided a historical background of Good Neighbors, strength scope of Good Neighbors and expected support from levels of the Government.
- Enhanced understanding of Good Neighbors Tanzania project interventions, plans and expected deliverables to stakeholders.
- Enhanced engagement of stakeholders to contribute in promoting sustainability of the projects.
