From 21st to 24th May 2023, at Golden Tulip Hotel in Zanzibar, Good Neigbhors Tanzania Senior Management Team has met in 3 days workshop to discuss on the organization.
The key objective was to understand the organization, evaluate the key success of last year and way forward for Good Neighbors Tanzania.
Key activities done in the workshop include introduction to the new projects such as Seaweed project for farmers in Zanzibar, STEAM project in Dar es Salaam that aim at improving Education in secondary school and ECD project that aims at improving small children holistic development include Education, Health, nutrition and holistic development.
New projects were introduced to the team, which are Health Project in Kome Island and KilimoTija Kigoma (KiTiKi) project in Kigoma region.
SMT has conducted some environmental protection activities whereby key messages were delivered and garbage collection in the street of Zanzibar were conducted. In those activities, SMT has promoted the image of Good Neighbors Tanzania among community and schools.
The team has discussed on the organization assessment to assess the last year performance and set key priority of this year.
