Improving Pupils learning environment

#GoodNeighborsTanzania is improving access to education to most vulnerable communities across the country.

On 2nd February 2023 #Good Neighbors Tanzania Dodoma Area Office handled over renovated 7 classrooms and 2 office blocks with the additional support of 114 pupils desks at Mkakatika Primary School, Bahi District – Dodoma.

Pupils were very happy to receive the desks because some of the pupils were sitting down in classrooms due to the lack of enough pupils’ desks before this support, now most of the pupils will have access to desks and enjoy the learning.

The support aimed at improving pupils-learning environment, this will contribute to the improvement of school attendance, high enrolment rate, teacher’s motivation and pupil’s performance.

The support was handover to school management under technical assistance of District Engineer
