Good Neighbors Tanzania conducted a survey from June 14 to 24 by selecting about 700 households from its five communities located in Dar es Salaam and Pwani. This survey focused on the income activities and difficulties of poor urban households in Dar es Salaam. Income activities in Pwani and around Dar es Salaam were also studied. Good Neighbors plans to improve the ongoing income generation support activities based on the results of this survey as well as designing new approaches to solve urban and rural poverty.
